Thanks for subscribing to our services.
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all property management services we offer as provided in terms and conditions.
If you are not satisfied with the service that you have subscribed from us, you can get your money back(deposit and half a month’s property management fee) no questions asked.
You are eligible for a reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your payment.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

Terms and Conditions for refund:
- In case of Asset India holding deposit amount(with house owner’s permission), on termination of contract between house owner - Asset India, House owner has to give a notice of 30 days, and Asset India will refund the 100% of the Deposit Amount to the House owner.
- If the authorised maintenance work related to ticket raised by house owner or ticket raised by tenant and approved by house owner has started, there will be no refund on the services as every task’s money has to be paid in advance.
- A full refund will be made if Asset India is in error, in collecting funds from any of the party.
- Refunds are paid by checks only.
