The best way to start a relationship is to meet and talk face to face. Preferably, over a cup of coffee. Or tea. But before we get to that, wouldn't you like to have a look around and feel comfortable with what you see and hear?

We are Asset India...

...a London-based company that helps NRIs and PIOs buy and sell Indian real estate. And grow their wealth in the process. We were formed in 2011, and since then have built up a loyal client base through an investment in over 200,000 sq. ft. of residential space. A large propotion of our sales come through repeat purchases - testimony to the satisfaction of our clients.

Our knowledge of the Indian market ensures that you avoid the pitfalls (Indian real estate can be tricky!) and get good deals, both when you want to buy, and when you want to sell. And in between, we do the renting and property management as well. Plus, we know how much you value a hassle-free experience. So we focus a lot on helping with the nitty-gritty, taking the pain away as much as possible.

Why Not?

A country of ~1.3 billion people with a fast growing economy is going to need hundreds of millions of houses in the coming years. The growth potential of Indian real estate is phenomenal.
Mumbai, Bengaluru and the NCR are expected to yield returns of between 9 and 19% over the next 5 years (Knight Frank). That's an average figure. The best opportunities might yield even higher.
The Governmant of India has taken various initiatives to spur this sector on, such as an allocation of US$ 1.16 billion for the development of 100 smart cities and allowing 100% foreign direct investment (FDI).
Real Estate Private Equity Investment is set to double to $3 Billion in the next 2 years owing to the 100% FDI allowance.
Expected to attract unprecedented NRI investment in the near future with a 35% increase in inquiries with property developers.

Many investors just think about buying property. But the real upside is in knowing when to sell, and re-investing the returns in more properties. You buy. You sell. You make profits. And then you repeat the cycle. And then again.

It is good to remember that normally you only invest a small proportion of the property price, the rest is financed. But when you book profits, you do it on the entire investment (less interest + tax). This is called "leverage" and it plays a big role in making real estate a compellingly attractive investment, especially in growth markets.

So, repeat after us - Buy, Sell, Repeat. Never hoard. Never.
